Lawyer, longtime Tom Cruise has blasted a new TV show with former Church of Scientology official, who claims to be "audited" the movie star to watch his sons were turned against their mother, Nicole Kidman.
One-time Scientology counselor Marty Rathbun tells U.S. news show Rock Cruise Center has helped with his divorce from Kidman, but does not approve of what he claims the couple's children had been subjected during the sessions.
Rathbun says the Church of Scientology Celebrity Centre in Los Angeles personal "nannied" and "tutor" Cruise's son Connor and daughter Bella when they were six and nine, respectively.
He says: "He (Cruise) and I were hard on him, auditing hours several times a day for several months so that the children were in the hands of the Church of Scientology staff and were indoctrinated and were to report to Tom about how it was going in my presence.
"The initial indoctrination ... He was teaching them that some people are anti-social personality are suppressive people, and started teaching them the characteristics of antisocial personality ... as his own mother."
Cruise lawyer Bert Fields has dismissed the claims, which featured a preview on TV show Access Hollywood on Thursday.
He says: "It 's absolutely not true that Mr. Cruise, or anyone else to his knowledge, has done or said anything to decrease Connor or communication or relationship with Bella's mother."
And a spokesman for the Church itself never tells Access Hollywood that the conversations between Cruise and Rathbun success, calling the former adviser to an "ex-press self-promoter." Cruise and the Church of Scientology have become front page news because the actor's third wife, Katie Holmes, has filed for divorce in late June, the relationship between his faith in Scientology was partly to blame.
